Rapper Snoop Dog was arrested this weekend in Texas on drug charges after police found marijuana on his tour bus during a border patrol inspection. Snoop Dog has a medical marijuana prescription in California, but authorities say that doesn't mean squat in the borders of the Lone Star State.
