And the winner is: "Welcome to Scotland". That's right. That's it. The Scottish Executive has spent a load of money in an effort to rebrand and revamp the allure of Scotland. They scrapped 'the best small country in the world' in an attempt to sex up the road signs greeting travellers crossing the border. Well, I wouldn't call it sexy. But nothing says welcome like... "welcome."
