A new report claims that boys as young as 12 are using anabolic steroids to get the girls. There is great concern that young boys don't understand the risk and implications steroid use has on their bodies. Teens are "often oblivious of the risks, which included acne, breast enlargement, sterility, liver tumours and hepatitis, the council chairman, Professor Sir Michael Rawlins, said. He added: "It can also make the testicles wither - which is probably not what the users want."

I'm certain that these side effects will not land you any hot dates.

    • This is really worrying, kids taking any kind of drugs is dangerous; but ones that have lasting side-effects are even worse. Check out the picture of 13 year old Jack. As Jack is too young to attend a gym he works out obsessively in his garage to build his physique. This is a prime example of 'babyface bodybuilders.' At 13 I was riding my bike and playing computer games, not trying to bench press more than my own weight!
