"Girl" at school was 39-year-old man

Tetsunori Nanpei told police that bought a uniform online, and put it on so that he could take a scroll near the school in Saitama, north of Tokyo, on Wednesday.

However, when the school kids saw him they began to scream (normal reaction), so he dashed into the school hoping to blend. He was arrested.


Question: Why was he putting on a uniform to take a stroll near school?
