I was recently sent these pictures from an undisclosed source, and I immediately went and matched them up to the originals from the film. Although they look very similar, it’s clear they are not the same exact shoe. The only thing I can gather from this is that they may be a Nike prototype/sample which hopefully will see the light of release day at some point in the future. Even if only in extremely limited quantities, this would be absolutely amazing.

Hoverboard hell ya! Too bad they pulled him along a string in the movie....the hoverboard seems simple design, kinda of the Green Goblin used in SpiderMan. If only the shoes had the hydro laces....still they are butt ugly, and will somehow sell huge just because of the movie. Funny looking ass shoes, if only you could fly with them lol.

It's great the people in the Nike sweat shops, who have never seen the movie and can't watch it on tv due to their 20-hour days in poor conditions, will get to make something from a great movie for 20 cents a day instead of the normal air-whatever shoes.
