Weatherman with python up his shorts: "That was a hot wet kiss"

What does a live outside broadcast need to spice things up a bit? A 10ft Burmese python slithering up the weatherman' leg, that's what!

KCCI-TV presenter Kurtis Gertz was presenting his opening live link from the Iowa State Fair last week with the 10ft python draped around his shoulders, but it seems the snake took a bit of a fancy to the weatherman and first went to give him a kiss on the lips before darting down below and slithering up his leg.

Being broadcast live he jokingly said "Hey, that was a hot, wet kiss," which Dawn (the snake) overheard and preceded to slip her tail back up his shorts. The snake's trainer probably didn't help the presenter's heart rate saying, "This is Dawn and she might have a crush on you."

In true 'live-broadcast gone wrong' style, he signed off "It's been a great 20 years in television, God bless."
