A discussion about the top virals of 2008 can't be complete without homage paid to the Rick Roll. It's been viewed by millions around the world, rapidly became a meme that moved from the internet to pop culture (i.e. Rick Rolls taking place at football matches) and its revived one ginger 80s singer's career, which can only be a good thing.
