    • they need to set labor laws, thats what they need to do.. even though that means higher prices for our goods, lets be humanitarian.. better to spend more money than to have a people in China being tortured.

    • What's really shameful about this incident?

      The only unusual thing about workers in China being treated like slaves and suffering abuses including death at their workplaces is that, in this case, the victims were not political prisoners in an official "re-education" facility.

      Next time you're considering buying a cheap product made in China and wondering whether it has safe levels of lead, melamine or other poisons... consider whether you want your purchase to support the prison labor of those whose only crime was seeking democratic representation or freedom of religion.
