This is a really radical judgment but it's probably for the best. If people are in any doubt about what constitutes child porn on their own computers, it's probably something they shouldn't have.

Was the guy convicted for creating the image or possessing the image? Either way, why would you find the scenario amusing enough to warrant saving on your home pc or worse still creating for others "amusement"?

I think it's disturbing that one would draw Lisa and Bart together or something of that manner.

It wouldn't necessarily be considered Child Porn, but it would be like slaughtering animals in a sadistic manner. It's not necessarily a serial killer, but it is on the roads to such.

This is so ridiculous. How can anyone be guilty of child porn when the so called victim is a drawing? At the worst this guy is only guilty of copywright infringement for using the simpsons in the animation.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Next headline: "Artist is arrested for depicting the death of Christ, Judge cites that the depiction is murder because the figure could resemble a real person."

Apparently anything that could figuratively represent something illegal is also itself illegal. I wonder if they plan to posthumously arrest Vladimir Nabokov for writing Lolita.
