(1) One in six men will be a victim of domestic abuse in their lifetime.
One in four women will be a victim of domestic abuse in their lifetime.
This is a ratio of 40% men : 60% women.

(2) Currently two in every five (43%) domestic abuse victims are men.

Many laws in our society need to be modified to reflect the truth of human nature not the dangerously biased perception that men are always the aggressors.
As it stands, the potential for people to use the system to abuse others is terrifying. Regardless, just be very careful of whom you choose to get close to I guess.
