Los Angeles mansion vacant since 1959 murder-suicide

Interesting story about a mansion in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles where a doctor killed his wife and himself in 1959. The home has been vacant ever since. Neighbors have voluntarily maintained the property and kept and eye on squatters and people have picnics in the back yard. When will paranormal investigators get in there to see if its haunted or not.
