Someone just sent me this at work and I had to post it. I am a massive fan of ANYTHING that pushes the boundaries of human achievement; I might not be an expert on bikes or tricks or anything like that, but if you can ride up a tree and nonchalantly do a back flip and ride off into the sunset, then you've got my vote.
Seriously, if you haven't got 5 minutes to watch this video then put something else that you were going to off until tomorrow. If you really haven't then 'tree back flip' is at 3:06 and another bitchin move where he just decided to hop along a few shop roofs is 4:35.

Admitted he falls off a couple of times at the start but everything must have a triumph of adversity narrative I suppose, he really gets going after a minute or so.
