Taliah Butters, 17, received a traffic violation in February for driving with unauthorized passengers. She tossed the ticket into the glove box and forgot about it until she cleaned out her car this week - to find the cop had written 'kitchen bitch' under occupation. The cop claims that it what Butters told him was her occupation, while she says she told him she was a kitchen hand.
