Lindsay Lohan leaves Andy Lecompte Salon in West Hollywood following a spray tan on the eve of her birthday party. Wait didn’t she already have a party for her birthday last week at MGM Grand? Oh, that’s right it, that was just a advertising stunt for MGM Grand which payed Lindsay $70K for her 5 hour appearance.
