As if getting a tattoo of what appears to be Michael Jackson's head on the body of a busty, under-dressed woman on your hairy leg wasn't daft enough, getting implants to boost "her" breasts into full 3D glory really pushes things over the edge.

It genuinely petrifies me that people like this get to vote and drive above 10mph.
