Life size plastic figures of children in school uniforms have been installed outside a school in the Leicester in an experimental road safety scheme. But so far, they've been more of a frightening distraction to motorists, and some have reportedly compared them to Autons from Doctor Who (those mannequins that came to life). Apparently one of the figures has already been knocked over, probably when the driver's gaze was locked into one of their freaky alien eyes.

In Erie, Pa. they have fish- same style as the D-man. Every Fish has a theme- outside the Erie Times News, Mr. Fish is covered in newspapers- down by the bay, the fish has a nautical theme...........
