Every Saturday night in Brooklyn between 10pm and 2am, residents in Williamsburg and Greenpoint can order $1 bags of "crack" -- ok, it's sugar crystals -- and it will be delivered by a man in a white tuxedo and a dolphin headpiece. Some (hipsters, youths) think this is lighthearted and harmless performance art, but others (old farts, actual crackheads) think that selling fake crack is no laughing matter.
