Inmates to sue over Christmas songs piped into cells

Bah Humbug. Prisoners in an Arizona jail are claiming they are being subjected to mental cruelty as Christmas songs & hymns are being played non stop. Some have filed lawsuits claiming it's a forced participation in religious celebrations.

I really suppose it depends on how bad the songs are. In he past they've included tunes from Alvin and the Chipmunks, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Bing Crosby and Doctor Demento.
