Police say a Phillie’s fan vomited on an 11-year-old girl on purpose!
Matthew Clemmens, 21, was arrested on Wednesday during the Phillie’s/Nationals game after he allegedly stuck his finger down his throat and projectile vomited on the girl and her father. His friend was ejected from the stadium earlier for unruly behavior.
