Seems that real life superheroes even spreads on Britsh soil, like this one from Birmingham.
By day he's a banker, by night he is known as "The Statesman", complete with mask and Union Jack top. His kit consist of mobile phone, notebook (to write important info), torch and first aid kit. Having being on patrol several times a week, The Statesman claims that one incident he helped Police Community Support Officers to capture a drug dealer.
