Ohio Woman Accused of Knife-Point Rape Of Teen Boy

Jamie Nichole Phillips, 20-year-old woman from Union Township, Ohio, faces up to 31 years in prison for the alleged crimes, including kidnapping, assault and rape after a 14-year-old boy.
According to the police Phillips held a knife to the throat of the 14-year-old victim and brought him into her apartment where she forced him to perform sex acts. The crime allegedly happened in the evening of Saturday April 7 at an apartment located on Eastwood Drive. The alleged rape was interrupted when someone knocked on the woman's door and the boy fled.
Phillips is alleged to have approached the boy, who was getting something for her mother from her car, in the parking lot of her apartment complex. She allegedly threatened the teen by placing the knife against his throat and chest and forced the victim to go to her apartment and forced him to participate in sexual acts
