Unfortunately, his plan goes way beyond what Congress envisions. We need an 80-90% cut in GHGs by 2050, maybe sooner now with the Arctic losing 23% of its ice cover in the last five years. Somehow I don't see that happening anytime soon with this Congress that can't even stand up to end an illegal war. Perhaps in Bali this December the other big polluters will join the global community to put pressure on the U.S.
I love this man.
