What if the major sports allowed doping?

This almost doesn't seem like a bad idea. We know that in certain sports doping is so widespread that it can't be stopped, barring testing before every game, before every play. If everyone's taking them, who's at advantage? That's the thing about Bonds – sure his home run total is probably inflated due to the era he's playing in, but the same is true with every other hitter he's competing with. So he still deserves to be considered one of the best of his generation, doping or not. Comparing players from one other to another is a futile exercise even without considering doping.

    • I've always thought that sports should be treated the same way that road racing does, with categories: Stock, Mod, Super Mod, Top Fuel... You get more leagues, and more exciting events, with less scandals
