Polluters always want to spoof and justify their actions in the name of capitalism, free enterprise. These are the very ones that goes with their sports car to the shop and pay to have their mufflers changed so they can go around blasting the population with their "freedom of choice." Is that form of "twisted capitalism" without responsibility towards the community. It is time for all of us to act towards a better society and that will come only with personal responsibility. People that say foolish things against "Global Warming" and are also confused about the Constitution, the Law and Ethics. ---That is because they have a deep lack of awareness and education. Well, the good news is that this mental sickness is "curable."
Here is the recipe for recovering from this mental malady:
1. One dose of environmental class
2. Two doses of social behavior
3. Three doses of Spirituality
4. Four doses of enforcement

Stir everything and drink at once! Think about it and Tomorrow, talk to me ok!

    • Abby, Congratulations on your findings and Thank you for taking the steps to announce it here. That is great educational and informative news about noise pollution. United States culturally drowned into acoustic environmental darkness after Ronald Reagan defunded ONAC pos 1972 at the Federal Level. It is like throwing the habitants of this Country to the sharks without a boat and say: "I think you can resolve that by swimming real fast and if you do not, that is too bad!" The Reagan Admin said that the issue of noise pollution is better resolved at the "Local Level." Needless to point the big mistake now, it can be seen all over the US. Just look at the "dangerous policy" of San Francisco Gov. Public Transportation after the Year 2000, that trespass habitants property lines with many acoustic invasive signals. The Motorcycle industry specially HarleyDavidson and its followers practically destroyed our constitutional rights with their wrongful lobbying. There are a lots of more to talk about. The reality is when a Government stop defending the rights of it citizens to cater to the (money fat power hungry) industry, it no longer serves its citizens to the purpose of its own original design.
