    • I thought it was interesting that you had done something from the perspective of someone who is dealing with cancer indirectly. You have really shown some insight into the lives of others that care for those who fight it everyday. I have Hodgkin's Lymphoma and I can relate to your story on a personal level. My father was just someone who was there for an extra income and when my mother had came and told me she had Cervical cancer I was devastated too. I never thought I would one day be in her shoes. My mom has finished her chemotherapy and goes for checks every 6 months or so. I am currently half way through my treatments and the roles have been reversed. I now know what it was similarly like for my mother to go through. Thank you. And good luck to your mother's health. - Matt S.

      I just saw your story now on TV and it touched me so much... This is something I really fear, as I also live far from my family. I'm in US, while they are in another country.

    • While there is no denying what a devastating disease cancer can be, as a medical surgery nurse working on an oncology floor, I have seen what a transformative disease it can be, both for the patient and for the family members. Tiffany has been given the opportunity to give something to her mother that shows how much she loves her, and how much she is inspired by her mother, and her mother has found strength that she may not have otherwise known she had. I see this take place almost every day, and if anyone ever had doubts as to where the human race is headed, they need only to look to those of us who are-even if for a time-gravely ill, and those who love them.
