Candle Factory AIDS

Jaron
The AIDS epidemic has hit the tiny kingdom of Swaziland particularly hard. At one candle factory, turnover has been especially bad primarily because of the disease.

    • I live in Telluride, Colorado. Every year we put on an amazing fashion show, art auction and AIDS education to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help with AIDS research etc. Swaziland is our sister city in Africa, and some of the funds we raise are sent directly there. Please come see our AIDS benefit week, or donate to our wonderful program! We are also interested in donations of clothing for the fashion show. See the attached link for more information. http://www.undp.org/hiv/mayors/telluride.htm

    • It's a terrible tragedy that the AIDS epidemic is ravaging this country, but it appears the popular culture is preventing preventative measures (condom use, monogamy, abstinence) from taking hold. If the information is out there I can't say I feel quite so bad, just like Americans eating themselves to death. Darwinism never fails to find a way.
