Britain, start your reactors.

Gordon Brown has given all but an official announcement that he plans to give the go-ahead in January for a major expansion of Britain's nuclear power output. He's outlined four sites for a new generation of nuclear power stations. Do you think nuclear power is the answer to the nation's increasing need for low-emissions energy? I don't.

    • what are our options then? our reactors are dying out, coal burning power stations are thoroughly out of fashion......quite rightly so! do you really think that any of our developing renewable energy industry is ready enough to supply our games stations/computers/retail industry/bars/clubs etc etc??? it is not the best solution but do you want to give up your heating? or why not just go back to the strikes to save energy if it such a bad idea, we just go without for 3 days? completely silly, he is using the most feasible option considering the current climate concerning the environment (did you get the pun, HOT HOT HOT)
