Once the forests are gone or species are extinct, then what?

My Father is a pharmacist. He would be very interested in seeing this. I grew up around a pharmacy, and I have heard the stories surrounding HMO's, Generics, etc... This reminds me of the movie "The Serpent and the Rainbow". Sad but true, how corn is more important than thousands of discoveries lost to slash and burn aggro.

    • It's weird how some people totally disregard herbal medicine as a useless fad but this film really highlights how it's not only a worthy alternative to pharmaceuticals but also a way of life for some people.
