Does it also scream bloody murder from all the pain? I think that it's a great idea though, to help students learn and be adapt to certain situations.

'real life experience' ?
What's real about a pregnant robot? I think the concept of using robots in medical training and proceedure is a great idea, check out da Vinci S, a robot who has revolutionised treatment of prostate cancer.
