Mr. Al Gore,
Congratulations on winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
Please, please, please take an appointment like, for example, secretary of the interior when the new cabinet forms next year.
We need you to help us get our country off our addiction to oil. We can invest in wind power and put solar on our roofs. We can teach people how to take a black enamel pan, put it in a box lined with aluminum foil and let the sun cook their dinner...FREE! No green house gasses with just a simple devise! I live among the foress of the pacific northwest. The giant Simper Viren ancient redwoods tree grow here but that i see disappearing from lumber clear cutting. Those tress are the lungs of the earth...they function on the planet exactly the same purpose as our own lungs. when people live in the big metro areas they don't see it on a regular basis. just in case anyone hasn't heard about it want everyone to know that salmon fishing was banned this year, THAT IS FABULOUS!!!
But you, Al Gore, can do more in an office like that, not just for this country but for the entire planet...and that is what it is going to take.
If it is not too late already, is it?
Blessings to you, AL Gore...what a different world it would be today if things didn't go as they did.
In love and Peace,

My bad, I guess I came out from another board with a loaded literally gun. Since you did not explain yourself from the beginning, I had the thoughts it was one more of these crazy attacks. Hugh! I think I have been dealing with noise issues for too long. It starts to affect my common sense at times. Little patience, I am still editing ok? By the way it was Mr. Al Gore that have the credit for the Topic Tag: "The Culture of Distraction," I just translated that as one of the issues people are having today. I also wrote many topics on the "Culture of Distraction" using different names. Anyone interested, search for the topic tags:

I guess it is time to stop giving the priority to the "Culture of Distraction" and to do this together to reach the general population, the kids, the adults and the elderly to act Today. Tomorrow will be too late.
I am not leaving anyone out from this project and I want to send a special message to the "ADA," aka "American Disability Act," Agencies and Commissions to listen very carefully to the Health and Environmental Issues that it has been laying out and to start to correct their mistakes on acoustics at the Public Transportation level. The sooner, the better.
My other message goes to OSHA, Industry and Commerce and to The three powers of Government at the Federal and Local Levels to correct and unify the Acoustic Laws that will have the purpose to protect and respect humans.
These health and environmental messes come from the top and disseminates to the bottom of society negatively affecting us with circumvented and unattended consequences!
Let us all clean the TOP "ASAP" so we can start moving in the right direction!
Thank You!
Ps: Some parts edited by "Plusaf." There are not too many people out there willing to help out. Most people just stay dormant without input. Therefore, my Thanks to you "Plusaf!"

Sorry, already saw that on the CEI BS website. And the Heartland Institute...and all the other skeptic sites that continue to spew rhetoric because they can't admit they are part of the problem. I'm with Al Gore. The debate is over. The glaciers are melting. The world is now in need of solutions, not more rhetoric. This past March was the warmest month on record worldwide. To the skeptics I then say, enough stalling. Either you are going to stand up for this planet and do your part, or you will just have to move over and let the people who really care do what needs to be done to solve this crisis.
