No one ever said being a doctor was easy. School and training go on seemingly forever; once graduation arrives, doctors work long hours and are faced with life-and-death decisions daily.

    • Make it reasons not to be a doctor under our current USA Medical System which is highly corrupt at the time. Watch the movie Sicko to get a taste of that. In the movie it is clear to see that other countries laugh at us with disbelief. We have virtually no training in Prevention because of Pharmaceutical funding of medical schools. Prevention cuts profits. Media supports this all...cozy.
      In other countries doctors have nice cushy lives but don't have to be super rich and corrupt to be happy.I think that Dr Andrew Weil and his group have good direction with their PIM. training programs for holistic or Integrative Health. These are regular medical doctors who get additional training in Acupuncture, Massage, Meditation, Nutrition..etc.
