Interesting. Muslims have been doing "green burials" for over 1500 years. Just a sheet and no embalming.

This was a great pod. I think it would be interesting for you to know that Muslims have been doing "green burials" for over 1500 years. No embalming, just wrapped in a sheet and placed into the ground.

it was so refreshing everything they do about the burials than the mortuary machine that coerses people to spend spend spend. this seems so dignified i liked the video

Interesting to hear the perspective of the people who handle the people who die. We have a green burial site here in Mill Valley-- they don't seem quite as grounded as the folks featured in this pod~ but they were really interested in filming people's stories before they died.
