I've heard of this happening before in very rare cases, normally it's cited by high school teachers promoting safe sex abstinence by using wrong information.
While my first instinct is to red light it to prevent a panic, I'm going to green light it only because people who are infected with minor STD's should be aware of some of the unexpected ways they can be transmitted.
