My family just ordered a whole box of fish oil supplements, because we don’t get anywhere near the recommended 1,100 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids a day. Many of you probably already have heard Omega 3 bursting through the headlines ... but what is it and how does it help your body and are you getting enough? There are so many benefits to Omega 3 but 99% of us aren’t getting enough.

    • The best EFA blend I've found is called Vega.
      Been taking in for several months I usually just mix it with my orange juice everyday.
      Ingredients: Organic hemp seed oil, organic flax seed oil, antioxidant oil blend (organic green tea seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, black cumin seed oil, black raspberry seed oil, blueberry seed oil and cranberry seed oil), organic pumpkin seed oil and organic coconut oil

    • Did you know that some of Monsanto's GM foods are now in some of our vitamin supplements! We are being systematically poisioned... with no escape routes planned! We will all be thin when malnutrition sets in!

    • Very important stuff. We are missing key elements of our diet. Our bodies evolved over millions of years to run beautifully on certain foods. We are feeding it crap now in the USA. One thing we don't eat in the US is ..all the gross parts of the animals..we strip these away..Many peasant cultures eat more healthy diets because they eat the organ meat and whole grains..we eat the bleached white flour with chemicals in it..Omega 3 fatty acid has been studied and cuts violence by 1/3 in prisoners..it may be part of the puzzle of why US murder rate is so high.
