I love the ad campaign. It's a modern and relevant version of "Common Sense" for the environmental crisis. Now if only we can get off of the facebook group for fixing our planet and actually create some change!

Ya,Mon! "Here comes the Sun do & do,do. Here comes the Sun, and I say it's all right" Since my friend
George Harrison couldn't be here due to a previous
engagement, I just thought I'd chime in to say Aye.Aye. - 3 years ago

Wisconsin Norm and powerhungry: check out the science channels ideas for solving the energy problem: they are testing things like wrapping the glaciers to prevents melting or putting tiny mirrors in space!! We can do if congress didn't block us: if they just left americans alone to wreak haavoc on science we can do anything: I am a patriot I know. .. but I believe many scientists in America have already gotten great ideas... the new solar industry is incredibly better for example.

Powerhungry thanks for making my day. Couldn't agree with you more.
Another thing I have always wondered about is the Sahara desert. Would it be an environmental catastrophe if desalinization facilities powered by solar energy were capable of creating enough fresh water to eventually modify the sandy soil into a soil capable of holding nutrient value utilizing this new source of fresh water for crop expansion? An expansion of an Oasis environment, so to speak.
If you notice, the low pressure systems ultimately leading into destructive hurricanes headed Caribbean/USA way initially generate their rotational development off the sands of the Sahara westward onto the Atlantic.
This is not religion, this is innovation...I think that is still OK. How could a "Green Sahara" not cool things down a bit? Granted, it would take generations to create such a feat.
Or would "they" belly ache if hurricanes became less powerful? Pray, Pray, Pray...Think about the lizards, the scorpions, the vultures, the camels, the movie industry..."Lawrence of the Cornfield?" - 3 years ago

I have one issue with this whole "Green" movement going on.
Its become a new religion and that I find stupid as %$#@!
My wife drives a 100% electric car to work. We recycle and love the outdoors and its important that we separate ourselves from the Arab tit.
With that said...Green as a religion is foolish. To think that "Global Warming" is going to kill us all is a myth. Global cooling is more a worry to me. Warming means we can grow more crops for a longer period of time. Cooling will kill our crops.
Mark my words: This will be a cold winter!I say to hell with oil and say yes to solar, natural gas and electric autos!!!
