    • I am not so sure that this stuff is not killing us at a far greater rate than it is having any positive effect.
My chol is 300 now..I am a Vegan and very healthy.
I am reading about many valid sources that many who live into their 90's and are healthy have this syndrome.
My father is dead now. I am not sure that this type of crap didn't do it.

    • This study is not so much "pro high cholesterol" as it is ANTI statin drugs. There is no evidence that eating fast foods, having high cholesterol and being obese is good for you.....The Framington Heart study also contradicts the "high cholesterol is healthy" assertion showing that with each one point increase of cholesterol risk of a heart attack or brain attack (stroke) increase by 2%. BUT... the evidence supports the notion that statin drugs are far more dangerous than high blood cholesterol....like chopping your head off to lose weight..the study does show that Lipitor and other statins are worse than having elevated cholesterol.
