Surfing Tel Aviv

What does a surfer do when there are no waves... for a year? Well, a group of enterprising surfers facing this problem in Mexico decided to swim 8km out to sea and ride the infinite wave created by the wake of an oil tanker... on that day wake surfing was born. In this documentary three surfers develop the sport using a 50 mile an hour speed boat!
