Scientists have found the first unequivocal evidence that the Arctic region is warming at a faster rate than the rest of the world at least a decade before it was predicted to happen.

A bet the millionaires are already building huge geodesic bio-domes/greenhouses that will grow food and desalanize salt water....for THEM and their familes!
This is probably why the uber-wealthy aren't overly concerned.
When the wheat fields turn into Dust Bowls like they did back in the 1930's...Warren Buffet and Bill Gates will be safe and sound in their giant greenhouse bio-domes powered by solar energy.
