Sneezing could mean you're secretly thinking about sex

I swear to god, this used to happen to me all the time. I don't know if I was thinking about sex or turned on I would automatically sneeze.
And I thought it was a fluke. But it does not happen anymore since I have had a child????
I know everyone is laughing but this totally used to happen to me!!! oh god, so glad for anonymous internet use.
