(PBS) NOW talks to director Chris Paine about his upcoming documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car?" HYDROGEN is NOT the answer either! Higher ups just want the US consumer to have to go somewhere to have cars pumped. With electric cars, all that's needed is to plug it in over night AT HOME! NO OIL NEEDED! The USA is behind the times due to HIGHER UPS: their greed for oil, money, and control over the consumer.
