    • Sighted people too often take sight for granted but to loose it like this would be to many unbearable. That he can "see" is a wonderful medical discovery but it would only help those who have had brain damage and whose eyes and optic nerves remain intact.

      No help therefore to most blind people. This post brings home their plight. Profound.
