Another good idea for eco-friendly fashion is going to a swap shop, you get rid of all your old clothes you don't want, and get loads of "new" ones for free! and there's no effort involved

I have a sewing machine, file folder of patterns, a giant box of fabric and shirts that need to be reworked, about 14 knitting needles and a huge pile of yarn.
Trust me I'll try this. Theres plenty of Current users I know (many of which are posting on this thread) that sew and craft ;) There will be plenty of t-shirt panties.

I have a great book called Tease that shows you how to turn old t-shirts into everything from cute tank tops, to bags to lamp shades! Ive gotten tons of compliments on some of my tops...no one even knows they were once oversized mens shirts!
