At least if you are trying to get them on the phone. A few studies are telling us some interesting things about voices and how it's related to attractiveness.
1. Deeper voices in men correspond with more attractive faces
2. People with symmetrical traits (a sign of genetic fitness) are rated as having more attractive voices.
3. In men, attractive voices were correlated with high shoulder-to-hip ratio (broader shoulders, narrower waist), and in women higher waist-to-hip ratio (waist narrower than hips.)
4. People with attractive-sounding voices have more sexual partners, had their first sexual intercourse at a younger age, and are more promiscuous.
5. A woman's voice is most attractive during ovulation
