no one ever talks about perpendicular universes which are way more likely. If cosmic interpolation had a higher standing in the scientific community then maybe we could make enough advances to increase the likeliness of our discovery of perpendicular universes in our childrens' lifetime.

I'd say I wanted to travel to the Universe where I'm Supreme Ruler...but when I got there, I'd probably have Me put to death, or locked away, a la "Man in the Iron Mask"...Or maybe I'd just stick Me with running the Rat-Race for awhile, So I could get away from it all for awhile...on 2nd thought, I'll just stay here...

No news here.
String theory remains untested.
Quantum is still not entirely understood and the many-worlds interpretation could definitely be wrong. I personally think it could easily be an over elaborate explanation of a mathematical model used to determine probability, but that's just me.
And Michio Kaku is still a sensationalist trying to sell himself as the next Carl Sagan.
