    • Tesla most likely did suffer from mental illness later in his life, and his wireless transmission of energy was based on electromagnetism, which has not been proven to work.

    • I love it! This sounds like a plan Nicola Tesla envisioned 80 years ago, except for the satelites. He had a plan to transmit electricity via radio waves throughout the world. The only trouble was there was no way for the power companies to make money off the power they were generating. Incedentally, the "Edison" 3-phase power distribution system in use today was actually invented by Nicola Tesla. But thats another story.
