Fish that's a whale not a fish??? He could eat people, I have seen these big catfish somewhere on tv? I also seen these huge fish in Africa as big as that, and bigger???Why are they getting so big, is it something in the water, or what???

Not really.
Fish generally have a terminal limit for growth as set by genetics.
Goldfish usually top out at 1ft (fancy goldfish slightly less). Koi grow to 3ft. Dwarf Armoured Catfish in the genus Corydoras will grow to only a couple inches, no matter how much space you give them.
The reason why goldfish max out at only a few inches in smaller environments is that they will DIE before reaching their genetically determined length to to resource constraints.
The fish shown in this photograph is an Oarfish, and not much is known about them. They only recently have been photographed in the wild, and they eat small zooplankton and tiny fish from the water column, swimming vertically with their head towards the surface, using their mobile dorsal spines rather than their long body to propel them through the water-- much like a seahorse.
