Cracking Skulls for Health & Beauty

JohnKeitel
NeuroCranial Restructuring is a new procedure that involves manipulating the skull in order to provide a variety of healthy and cosmetic benefits. In this pod we visit the clinic of Dr. Dean Howell, the doctor who invented the procedure. We follow three patients as they go through NCR treatment and witness the effects of this alternative medicine cure-all.

    • The brain is affected by external pressure on it. Encephalitis and tumors for example can cause a change in brain function by applying pressure on specific areas. One of the main principles of physiology is that structure determines function. But medicine doesn’t generally apply that concept to the human structure as whole, at least not therapeutically. But I suppose someone who can’t spell skull properly can’t be expected to look something up in a textbook.

I was amazed to see how much room there was in there by virtue of the mass of them and all the slimy mess that came out too. That was pretty much the only thing I was thinking of the whole time....thanks for creating this post.

    • I love that the doctor's office looks like it really is an office...not a doctors office but a computer room type of office.

I dont know if I want someone shoving a balloon up my nose to move my skull. I think I'll wait until I see more proof that this wont cause my head to explode heh.

    • $600+ dollars to have someone inflate a finger condom up your nose based on a "procedure" derived by a non-medical "doctor" without any preliminary research or clinical trials... Sounds great!

    • I had sinus surgery where they remove debris from the sphenoid sinus and scrape the interior of it. It was an amazing experience to have your sinuses opened up. When they took out all the pads, I was amazed to see how much room there was in there by virtue of the mass of them and all the slimy mess that came out too.

This procedure is very unusual but it makes sense.

    • Does this not strike anyone as being on the edge of new and dangerous?! I'll wait for the fall-out on this one! Something is just not right about this! Definitely needs research and critical analysis!
