Ya see the people that own the prison know how to save a buck and get a tax break for doing so. So when will the people that build these panels start selling the poor boy model? I am unable to afford twenty thousand dollars to go Solar. How can this be done on a poorboy's budget? The wife and I would love to go solar we have a house that would love to go solar. Does any one know how to do it on the cheap? For under five grand.
