Maude Barlow gives a talk regarding the global water crisis and her new book, Blue Covenant. She is the national chairperson of The Council of Canadians, co-founder of the Blue Planet Project, and was recently named Senior Advisor on Water Issues by the President of the 63rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
