The Rain Forest Action Network dropped a 70 foot banner over Niagara Falls as a call to action and message to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper during his first official visit to the White House.
We caught up with Ariel Deranger, Tar Sands campaigner for RAN, who gave us the low down on the action this morning, and what they hope to accomplish.

RAN, Greenpeace, and Friends of the Earth are the backbone of the current environmental movement. They represent what activism is all about. Thank you Ran!
